1- Download and Install smartcam 

software on your pc.for software

2- Install smartcam software on mobile(Symbian S60 2nd Edition [SIS], S60 2nd Edition, JME [JAR], Windows Mobile [CAB], Android [APK].

3-Open smartcam on mobile and check server name and ip address .

4- Connect Mobile Bluetooth or Wifi.
